Current Employee Small sales team, that is still growing and trying to figure out their sales cycle. Product is solid. Sales policy and sales quota is constantly changing. Unfortunately there is a consistent sense of rep favoritism on the team (some reps are moved quickly out the door for missing quota, others get a free pass for years while missing quota).
