The best thing about Nokia is the the people. For my segment (Big Tech), product/market fit needs work. The culture can be tough, if you're clients are fast-paced American tech firms. Nokia is a slow-paced European behemoth. We have a lot of talent in our Product and R&D orgs, which customers appreciate. Work/life balance is good.
