Worked within Ruckus. Leadership is horrible, with managers unable and unwilling to properly train but who are more than willing to micromanage each account manager. If you are even two minutes late to lunch, or leave a couple minutes before 5 you will be admonished by a manager. Working here makes me feel like I am back in middle school.
