Entry Level Job that has minimal training, more of a trial by fire. Company does not have great leadership or transparency for employees, yet boasts how great the culture is. Compensation was ok but lots of unpaid hours due to customers calling in way past normal working hours. Expected to work on weekends for customers without any overtime as "if you want commission you work on weekends".

Good opportunity to grow, when I was there the management team was poor and not helpful. The culture needed a lot of improvements as there was very high turnover.
