Good opportunity to grow, when I was there the management team was poor and not helpful. The culture needed a lot of improvements as there was very high turnover.

Its a typical churn and burn model. They hire in sales classes of 10 every quarter, fire 8 by the next class. If you’re a good seller, you can make solid money at young age. However, once you hit a rut, you run into ultimate micro managers that just track numbers and don’t provide any development/added value. Initiailly this was a great company. When investors bought it everything changed from comissions to sallary. Lot of smoke a mirrors as well as target goals that are close to impossible to obtain. It was a great place to really learn the ins and outs of sales/cold calling but not a long term fit for most people. Very poor work life balance.
