My time at nonwestern mutual was a good learning experience but leads were hard to come by and were expected to be fully driven by contacts. For someone looking to get there feet wet in a fast pace sales environment, it’s not the worst start.

Good potential to grow but no base compensation. There is a lot of flexibility as far as setting your own hours and your production has no ceiling
