Nobody on the net new logo team has hit their number in the last 5 years. Incredible turnover within sales and solutions engineering. Company lacks strategic direction which is driven by the executive leadership team. Culture is driven by in-fighting amongst internal teams and an inability to complete basic tasks. There are considerable issue with implementation leading to significant customer churn and virtually no customer references. Leadership is dismissive of product shortfalls leading the sales org to position the solution with zero confidence. Avoid

Company culture was incredible when I started. Lots of diversity and “go-getters” who were excited to take the product to market. As the company grew, culture slipped and became purely numbers focused. No one started with us still at the company and has jumped ship.
