My time at Novisto has been interesting. The sustainability industry is trendy right now and there is some hype around the potential growth in demand, although it's still dependent on future regulations. Culture is nice and they emphasize WLB. Hopefully, this continues to be a priority as the company grows. Company is still young and trying to figure out how to manage the revenue-generating side of the business. Compensation plan for ADRs has never really aligned OTE with quota attainment until recently, but the new quota has translated to a 100% increase in $ pipeline generated from the previous quota, which no one has attained so far (it took effect Q4 2023).

Many ups and downs. No real path for meaningful career progression, even for the top performers. Unrealistic quotas. Minimal guidance or help from management, especially when putting people on PIPs. Success of the company was due to employees who cared and went above and beyond. C levels are a mixed bag but the CEO leads poorly and drives people away. None of the C levels can see beyond their own egos.
