Current Employee Novisto targets ESG and Sustainability professionals which is a heavily evolving space. The product is great, the feedback during demos is usually positive. However, it is a hard sell. There are a lot of solutions out there who focus on ESG, some are good, some are very bad so the key to success is building a strong champion.
Novisto is in the growth stage so a lot is monitored to ensure you meet the standards of excellence (which is high). If you are looking for an easy ride, filled with inbound leads and sit back then this is not for you. You are expected to prospect and find your own leads (with BDR support of course). If you truly want to challenge yourself, learn from the best and become a better AE then I recommend you consider this company.
