Current Employee Novisto is a VC-backed scale-up in the sustainability space. fast-paced, ambitious, and definitely not easy. We’re selling to enterprise clients in a competitive market, which means long, strategic sales cycles and constant evolution.
The sales org is becoming increasingly data-driven. KPIs and efficiency ratios are tracked closely so everyone knows where they stand and how to reach gold standards. There's a lot of independence in how you manage your time, but full accountability on results.
Leadership is experienced and focused on building the structure and roadmap to scale. Change is constant, and success here requires resilience, adaptability, and drive.
If you're looking for an easy ride, this isn’t it. But if you want to push yourself, grow fast, and help build something meaningful, Novisto will deliver.
