My overall experience was absolute hell on earth at Nowsta. Team members were constantly let go for underperforming, when the true fault lies on leadership. The sales leaders are unable to define their ICP, pricing structure, etc and then blame this on the Sales Reps. I've never before met a more dishonest and unmotivated group of individuals than I did at Nowsta. If you're considering this company, I strongly recommend you reach out to any former sales reps to get an honest opinion of this place. If you enjoy torture, you'll enjoy working here. If you want work-life balance, look elsewhere. If you want to be happy, work literally anywhere else.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever worked for. The "CEO" has a complete lack of experience running a company and the constant layoffs have led to disarray. I would avoid Nowsta like the plague. Seriously - you are better off at ANY other job. Very toxic work experience. Was promised incentives and compensation without any follow through. Leadership plays favorites and does not care about their employees. RUN!
