This is the absolute worst company I have ever worked for. The "CEO" has a complete lack of experience running a company and the constant layoffs have led to disarray. I would avoid Nowsta like the plague. Seriously - you are better off at ANY other job. This place will destroy your mental health (ask any of the past employees) and this is a company in serious decline.

I was told I would sell Nowsta's workforce management platform but when I was hired I was then told I would be selling their gig/temp platform. Leadership and management was also very shaky. Overall was not a pleasant experience.

My overall experience was absolute hell on earth at Nowsta. Team members were constantly let go for underperforming, when the true fault lies on leadership. The sales leaders are unable to define their ICP, pricing structure, etc and then blame this on the Sales Reps.
