Nuance has fantastic technology, lot's of great solutions and seem to be doing a good job in aligning territories and accounts. Where there are issues is with leadership. Everything is great when you're hitting goal, but when someone maybe struggling, leadership is very belittling, calling out in team meetings, tearing down and it's all fear based motivation.
