Former Employee Terrible company to work for. The management plays favorites, there's a lot of leadership "praise" required for them to take care of you, provide you better opportunities. There are some high setting reps here but they're far and few. The management does not hesitate to lie during interview indicating earnings upwards of $100k+ to be the norm in the department. They have purposely set up a system where you are needed to work 10+ hours and unpaid Saturday every week to make anywhere near $75k+/yr, without this it's nearly impossible to make anything over $65k a year. Unpaid meetings are a norm too, you'll be required to join morning "huddles" with your camera on 15 minutes prior to start time and you're constantly shamed and discouraged to leave work "early" which means on time. Extremely disingenuous management, will lie to you and blame you for not being successful when they purposely invest in better marketing for certain regions that get better leads. Management has acknowledged this privately with a number of employees that not all regions or centers are the same when it comes to quality leads, yet the metrics remain the same for the entire department.
