Current Employee The company sounded great, and things were good throughout training. But there is no probationary period whatsoever. 2 weeks out of training the company completely switched up everything including pay structure and a new strike system. Business requires change so that’s not the issue, the issue is that new hires are held to the same standards as someone with years experience in the role that gets 4 times the quality leads. I’ve honestly never seen moral drop within a company so fast. Constant threats of termination, strikes etc and no help from anyone. There is a potential for great money here but the stress levels and lack of sleep within the 1st 90 days just aren’t worth it.
