Management can't make up there mind on the comp plans. Plans have changed every quarter since Q3 of 2023. This year alone they went through a major restructure and have severely muddy up the comp structure. Rep comped differently that manager. They are all over the place! Beware!

Olo is moving from public to private and alot could change. They are also not sales centric and don't treat Sales people like the lifeline of the company. They lean on enterprise brands and don't support MM oppty's. Leadership is a clicky group and not transparent at all.
