Overall great market fit, good benefits and great company culture. Training lacks but if you're an experienced seller, you won't have an issue. Lots of lay offs in 2024 but think the overall goal for the company is rock solid. CEO is also fantastic!

My overall experience was poor. Leadership was lacking and they laid off a big portion of the team after they hired many people. SFDC wasn't organized, and the best accounts and leads went to the individuals who were there the longest.

Aside from the very competitive pay, Olo's GTM org is in complete shambles. A revolving door in leadership coupled with wildly unrealistic goals and a highly competitive, very small market is a combination I hope to avoid for the rest of my career.
