The company is in shambles and there is no clear direction of where the sales organization will be heading. Consistent layoffs, and with PE coming into the mix a ton of micromanaging.

Lots of changes this year, and almost definitely more changes to come. WLB and Base Salary are great and make some of the other parts of the job more digestible. Such a limited TAM that there isn't really anything new to do for outbound, or remaining prospects that haven't spoken to us before. extremely saturated TAM but well known product that has a good name in the industry. Too expensive and best in breed consistently losing out to all in one solutions.
