Overall a decent to company to be working for. Earnings are more tied to variable comp plus overage. Upside is there is a comp floor. Company seems to be trying to pivot to incentivize growth areas, but have completly pulled earnings from run rate business which is not acceptable in a transition state. Leadership is out of touch with the field and does not seem to want to listen to feedback from the field to make changes and help retain talent.
