Okron wasn’t a bad company it just seemed like some of the strategy didn’t make sense in their sales approach. They wanted pre approval before travel and weren’t as concerned with setting goals.

Training was good but job role was not clearly defined, global supply chain and overzealous targets from management made for a stressful job depending on which market you covered.
