Decent, even good people, high turnover in ad sales dept. Average tenure 1.5 years for new people. Way below average commission structure(3.5% avg). Legacy product(TV) is a tough sell, modern product(digital marketing distribution) is not developed, and no stand out offerings. No company CRM, no taking payments via credit card, poor customer experience. Inflexible strategies.

Overall it was a good job with a lot of abilities to help the community, but the comp wasn't great and they are very behind on the digital footprint of marketing.
