The system has really had some issues over the last 12 months which led to many customers looking at other vendors. If that gets figured out, it is a great product for post acute care.

Comp plans are confusing and not advantageous to reps. Plans are changing constantly and presented to new hires as attractive. Ramp periods are so short that reps do not have an opportunity to grow.
