Not a glorious job at all your talking to old people everyday trying to get them to switch their plan for the 3rd time this year. Grossly micromanaged they expect you to be on the phone all day or cold calling when you cant take leads anymore. Crazy high turnover rate, no room for growth base is horrible. The leads arent great and you wont feel good about the work you do.

Really depends on your manager. Pay is pretty poor here. You also have to wait 2 months before receiving your compensation and you are only paid if the consumer holds retention for one month and then there is a waiting period of one month.

They sell you the stars and the moon. Compensation is Horrible. Your base is $43k and the commission is even worse. Let me put it this way you can sell 100 leads a month and you will probably get paid in less than 50% on them a whole month later.
