Grossly micromanaged they expect you to be on the phone all day or cold calling when you cant take leads anymore. Crazy high turnover rate, no room for growth base is horrible. Questionable leadership has lead to tremendous employee turnover rate. "Churn and burn" business concept, no care for employees.
