Current Employee Leadership has lacked since there was a merger with One Medicial Passport and Mnet Financial. The merger happened two years ago and things are still being worked out. There are no raises, the only bonus is $500 that gets paid out the following February for the previous year, and commission is only 1% of the sale, but new deals can range from 15k-80k and are usually on the lower end. Our company product is a niche market and the selling of the product to new consumers isn't as easy as it used to be.
