Current Employee Strong culture here - a lot of support for the sales organization. Very good customer support - minimal need for sales to get heavily involved in customer issue resolution. Product is unique in the marketplace and it's not hard to beat the competition. Lot of incoming leads from partners. Marketing is very focused on bringing in new leads for sales. My main complaint is the lack of merit increases. Every year the comp plan is restructured to keep the OTE about the same as the year before. Browse Other Reviews
