Product is in a post-covid PMF crisis, leadership didn't do anything to prepare for down markets while their jobs were easy, and now everybody is paying the price. Lots of layoffs and little-to-no growth.

Disconnected exec leadership & terrible upper mgmt team. Internal perception/politics far outweighs performance. Sales goals have historically been wildly unattainable. In 2 years, I know of 1 rep out of ~40 who actually hit given quota. Very “boys club” centric - stay away.
