It's way too hard to sell at Openprise. The product works, but there is no marketing coverage and the product roadmap is aimed towards selling third-party products and not the native platform.

My overall experience was the culture was good, leadership wasnt the greatest, room for growth/internal promotion was none existent. The pay was okay.

Terrible leadership, lack of managerial experience compensated by micromanaging reps. No proper coaching or development practices, no internal growth at all.
