The product fit is not there. It’s a nice to have rather than a need and doesn’t help generate any revenue so it hard to justify the spend. The market is very over saturated and the sales team struggles a lot.

Really bad, the leaders were really toxic, he sometimes pretend to care or be nice, but actually wants people to be in fear for their jobs. He sets unrealistic targets, not based on what's achievable or done before, but based on what is needed to please the investors.
