Commission structure was great. Product fit and market opportunities are weak - lots of transactional relationships with clients that have unreasonable expectations. Company has been mismanaged for years; PE-owned with unrealistic expectations, especially in a post-covid economy. I respected and enjoyed working for both of my bosses at Orion, but executive-level strategy and expectations were misaligned.

Positive experience. The leadership team is solid and knows the challenges faced by the AEs. The executive team (when I was there) was clueless. Since then, they have changed hands and I've heard positive things.
