This is a good company with great people; however, I need to keep sending reminders to get my commissions, which are a little different from what was agreed. There is no clear direction, and the targets keep changing.

Orium looks great from the outside, but internally the culture is highly inconsistent and leadership often lacks transparency and accountability.
