Current Employee Orium looks great from the outside, but internally the culture is highly inconsistent and leadership often lacks transparency and accountability. Expectations shift frequently, and sales reps are measured by moving targets without the enablement or partner alignment to succeed. There are some talented people, but burnout is common and communication from management is reactive rather than supportive. Great brand, poor execution — not a healthy environment for growth-oriented sellers.
