I learned a lot in this role and felt supported by my team and manager. The product is good, although there are many other similar products on the market. Overall pay structure is good for an SDR role, except quota attainment is low across the board, making OTE difficult to hit. Leadership encourages shady practices (texting prospects without their permission, not divulging that calls are being recorded, etc.) which unfortunately hurts their credibility a lot. Beyond that, there is no clearly defined process for PIPs - some reps are given 1+ months to improve, while others are given a week with no prior notice. Extreme lack of transparency hurts that credibility even more. Promotion path is difficult to achieve - there are 3+ SDRs who have been in the same role for 2+ years without having promoted to AE. Overall, an organization with a lot of show but not a lot of substance/ethics.
