Great company, huge shift towards hunting but seems to be a similar shift for a lot of SaaS companies. Inbounds are low & no SDR support but again seems to be a similar situation for a lot of companies due to market conditions. Amazing team & product.

A slippery slope from great to poor with the new leadership being incompetent and difficult to work with. Performance across the business has fallen in line with employee happiness and satisfaction. There is a max exodus of employee and no plan.
