Otis has been fair in past year as far as compensation goes. However, in 2024 they change the comission structure to disincentivize large new business acquisitions by capping the compensation on large sales. In 2025 they retained the commission structure and increase sales quota by 2x in some cases. This has made it almost impossible for even top sales reps to hit quota and hit their full OTE. Work-life balance, and industry reputation is great, but sales reps earnings are starting to suffer and burnout is increasing.

Everything is systematized. There are processes and work flows for everything. You basically don’t need to think to work here, just follow the flow chart. DEI is worshipped here. Not a meritocracy.
