The region no longer supports the sales team. I have not been personally burned but many of my co workers have had to fight for commissions. New caps on sales plans each year has meant less $$$ for reps.

Overall commission and total compensation were great in 2024 and years prior. However, Otis recently went through a restructure and cut everyone's earning potential by raising everyone's quotas by 60%+.
