Overall commission and total compensation were great in 2024 and years prior. However, Otis recently went through a restructure and cut everyone's earning potential by raising everyone's quotas by 60%+. Your commission is based on your attainment of your goal, which effectively made this a massive pay cut. This left most of the sales force upset and is causing many to look for work elsewhere.

Everything is systematized. There are processes and work flows for everything. You basically don’t need to think to work here, just follow the flow chart. DEI is worshipped here. Not a meritocracy.
