The construction industry has changed allot of the last year. Everything cost more including us and we are already the most expensive on the market. Thus people are going with cheaper options which is converting to less sales overall.

Oxblue is quite the dichotomy. The overall company culture is great, but within the sales org, not so much. However, they have a commission draw that is punitive on top of a low base while only paying commission on a fraction of the total contract. Great people and top earners can make great money, but a lot of the big GC's/ Developers who dominate the space are owned by tenured AEs.
