Oxblue is quite the dichotomy. The overall company culture is great, but within the sales org, not so much. Quite often there are drastic changes that happen that make it difficult to recenter yourself to hit quota attainment. Payouts for commission are constantly changing, often to do more work that is devalued and lowering compensation opportunities. Also there is no clear pathway to promotion thru the sales org, it is hurry up a wait. Opportunities are presented but never followed though with, which is discouraging and wanes your excitement to continue for promotions that never come. There is definitely some work to be done, promotions happen quickly in other sectors of the business but next to never in the sales org.

The construction industry has changed allot of the last year. Everything cost more including us and we are already the most expensive on the market. Thus people are going with cheaper options which is converting to less sales overall.
