Rewarding position but it is sales you have to grind and work hard! Culture is a great environment and growth and development is a priority for leaders and learning from other sales leaders at the company is widely available and encouraged if you only ask. No where is perfect but OxBlue is a company that cares about the individual and if you can look past the imperfections, you will find a place to put down roots!

Terrible Company to work for. There is no training and no one knows how to use the systems properly. There’s no path for advancement either. However, they have a commission draw that is punitive on top of a low base while only paying commission on a fraction of the total contract.
