Management doesn't care about you. They make blanket changes to strategy that have huge implications on relationships but need to keep reinventing the wheel every couple years to try to bring as much profit as possible into the pockets of senior management.

Good potential to earn commission, but very long ramp up time (1 year+). Base salary is not competitive for Ireland nowadays at 34K. CRM system is archaic. Remote working flexibility is being reduced as fast as possible. Little to no actual sales training, when there is training it's extremely basic (i.e. wear a shirt during virtual meetings...)

Dominated heavily by white men. They will say they are inclusive but are not. The culture is to not help people develop and grow a career but to just be individual producers. The product is niche and they do raise the bar in the market.
