Worked here for two years in 2012-2014. Great place to break into the staffing industry with an excellent training program and good management around you. Pay was light for the time, but things may have changed since then. Overall, a great experience, but pay was below average compared to competitors.

Great place to learn about the market in general is the only pro. Reps and higher ups tend to see customers as fools for buying their services, especially the US team

Leadership is an absolute joke and as most people know, leadership snowballs downward. A unilateral decision was made to change the structure of commission that ruined everything. It is a tiered uncapped commission and they removed any commission from the bottom rung. It takes 6 months on average to make first sale so you can work so hard to get that sale and see 0...Read More
