Very Poor. Brings in classes of trainees (entry level college kids) Makes them work for a month or so on another brokers work (while that person never shows up. Then moves you to sales gives you 1 week of training then proceeds to fire you by month 6. About 90% turnover

Very high turnover and very low compensation. The training was very well managed but they expect about 5 percent of everyone they bring on to become a senior ae

Decent. They hire fresh out of college graduates, and have very little training. Through some luck you might make a decent penny or two.
