Former Employee The company is a great foundation for budding sales careers with a fun environment by providing trips and frequent outings for their employees. The thing I noticed in the company is that they struggle to provide an appropriate connection between leadership and their employees. There is an atmosphere of favoritism that works only in your favor if you are your manager's favorite and isolate the alternative team member. There is no clear career progression and appears you will only become a manager if a manager retires or based on availability. The compensation is good but is on a draw system which is not clearly explained to you. For those who wish to work with POA, the income potential is tremendous but overwork as hard as you can and hopefully you can keep doing well enough to leave with a cashout or work your way to the top as a long term goal (20-30 years).
