Current Employee Pacific Office Automation feels like a company stuck in the past while pretending it’s cutting-edge. The sales process is confusing, the pricing structure feels intentionally complicated, and the customer support is hit-or-miss depending on who you reach. The equipment is fine when it works, but breakdowns take too long to resolve and communication is inconsistent. The whole experience left me feeling like I was dealing with a company more focused on pushing contracts than providing real value. Overall, it’s frustrating, slow, and nowhere near as seamless as they claim.
