Ability to make an incredible amount of money, but some of the worst middle management I have ever experienced. The turnover rate is terrible and their professional services/support are not great. You will have to carefully monitor and manage your post sales if you want your customer to have a positive experience.

Average. Comp is not on par for what the expectations of SE’s are currently. The possibility of hitting quota gets less likely every year. RSUs are great but not enough to make you want to stick around for long haul.
