Multiple acquisitions and messy organization led to lot of confusion and headaches. Reps had one great year then leadership gutted the compensation structure. Hard to justify making less than 1/3 of previous year on similar deals.

Leadership changes and org restructuring has been the norm for 3+ years. Priorities are all over the place with change, lots of frustrating things, but comp is decent. Market is ripe, new products and strategy should cause results to improve. I am interesting to see if par is able to take advantage.
