Overall, this is a phenomenal company to work for. The earnings potential is impressive. When you sell a great product, you will succeed. I am extremely confident in our solutions and believe I have joined a company that will/has revolutionized HR tech.

The product is incredible. The main issue is inbound lead flow, they over-hired AE's and now don't have enough leads to pass around to everyone to meet quota.

Another story of over hiring. Only 3 of the AE on the strategic deal are close to making their goal. All the leads get passed to a few AEs. Lots of favoritism. Even with a great product, it's very hard to sell.
