The product is incredible. The main issue is inbound lead flow, they over-hired AE's and now don't have enough leads to pass around to everyone to meet quota.

It was good!! I liked the company! They care about there employees just was not that many leads coming in and it was supposed to be purely inbound

Hi, I see Paradox is hiring for a few roles. There is mention of "strong preference" to come into office if you're in Chicago, which I am. How many days a week is it? Is it a requirement and/or a big pressure from above?
