Park Place is great for becoming an Account Executive quickly. You’ll have to put up with poor compensation, training, leadership, and culture on your way to that title, but, for some people that’s worth it. In Denver the base is nice. You most likely won’t see commission on any deals as an SDR. As a BDR you will get $50 per completed conference call. You’ll have to survive the benchmark of 5 conference calls per week as a BDR until the high turnover grants an opportunity to move into an account manager position. Learned some skills but happy to have moved on from Park Place and wouldn’t go back.

For the SDA/BDR role you won’t see much compensation outside of base pay. The quota’s placed on SDA’s is not reflective of time in role or territory, which, leads to some easily meeting or exceeding and others falling short. Training is thorough, in depth, and fast paced.
